But first things first, let me explain the basic concept of a Photo Walk. It’s simply the act of walking with a camera taking pictures along the way. This is what photographers have been doing all the time. So, why another buzz word like Metroblinks? Well, why not?

With Metroblinks I’d like to focus on a little bit more elaborate (organized) photo walk: one that brings in at least a few people who’ve never met before. Now, I’ve already taken the first step and initiated the first event. Let’s see how it works out over time.
The plan is to continue on a weekly basis, maybe changing locations, maybe spreading over serveral cities or even globally. All this will depend on you, folks. We’ll see how many cities will join us, how many countries. I will focus on helping you to get started with a wonderful Friday evening hour.
