… its right November now, the gray time has arrived in Berlin officially. It’s time to meet up again. After the Fridays were not drawn by outstanding participation, we tryed with some success to switch back to Sunday again, and thereby also start at different times. Something for early risers and morning light catchers… or at times just before sunset (so to speak at noon in this time of the year) … however, the blue hour will also appear in our schedule as well as night shots.
Time: Sunday 7th November 2:00 – 4:00 pm
Location: Berlin Hallesches Ufer, north side – about the height of Mehring Platz 5
The MetroBlinks Walk No.18 course: The proposed route takes us through Berlin’s old district, each pebble is here to tell certainly a very special story. After the 2nd World War II was not much left. More recently, (West Berlin) performed here a construction exhibition and created that way a number of “modern” residential buildings. The prevailing taste is changing. The area is ideal for a photo walk. People then said “the West here looks like the East in a way…”. But nower days sometimes the East looks like the West now.. maybe this compensates for this.
